The number of breast augmentations in Australia is definitely on the increase, and the demand for natural-looking breasts is even more apparent. Performing breast augmentation so that the breast has a natural fullness with a gentle slope off the chest wall is difficult to perfect especially on oddly shaped women. You often see breast augmentation overdone in terms of size and also roundness or perkiness which really makes the breasts look fake and not natural. To avoid the real fake look the augmentation procedure should allow for a natural cleavage and only a certain amount of perkiness.

So what makes  breast augmentation a success? Well there are a few factors to take into consideration. One being the size of the breast implant. An implant that is too large for the frame of the person is usually an obvious giveaway that a person has fake boobs. If you are slight in build then jumping three cup sizes is probably not the best option. The next thing to consider is the perkiness of the breast. Women usually want firmness but an augmented breast that sits up too much is not very attractive and appears fake. The women having had surgery should be able to lie down and have the implants naturally roll to one side a little bit much like a natural breast would.

It is vital that before undergoing breast enhancement surgery that the patient  review pictures of the breasts they would like and to convey their desires to the surgeon so there is a clear, visual understanding of the most probable end result. A good way of doin this is by looking at the before and after photos of previous augmentations that have been performed by that cosmetic surgeon or clinic. This may help the individual realize what size, shape and type of breast implants would really suit their body type and what that might cost. Obvisouly the cost of the surgery can vary but I dont feel this should be a major consideration as this is your body you are playing with and you should never be looking for the cheap alternative. This is not to say that the most expensive surgeon is going to be the best but you must remember in most cases you get what you pay for.
