Essentially, there are currently two primary kinds of breast implants which are the saline and the silicone kinds. Several other kinds used to exist but their usage is not as common as these two primary ones. In fact, some of them like soy oil or polypropylene string ceased to be manufactured and therefore cannot be found in today’s breast surgery procedures. The appearance after is normally great compared to the appearance before! That’s if the procedure is completed by an experienced cosmetic breast surgeon. Breast surgery before and after will always be distinctly different.
